A Computer Science graduate from IIT Delhi, Shri Navin Kumar Mishra grew up witnessing the challenges of limited means. These experiences inspired him to dedicate himself to children—not just as an educator, but as a mentor and fellow traveller, helping them discover their direction, inner strength, scientific thinking, and purpose. For him, Vikalpa is built on a simple belief: every young mind needs an environment where it can discover its own path and realise its possibilities.
With B.Tech and M.Tech degrees in Computer Science from IIT Delhi, Shri Anil Maheshwari brings a deep grounding in scientific thought and intellectual inquiry. His association with Vikalpa reflects the belief that education must go beyond knowledge — nurturing reason, curiosity and the ability to think independently.
A B.Tech graduate in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and an alumnus of IIM Lucknow, Shri Rajan Gundal brings together technology, management, and a deep commitment to social contribution. Together, the founders envision Vikalpa as more than an organisation—a space where consciousness awakens, thought finds direction, and human potential grows toward meaningful creation and collective well-being.
